A Minute Is All You Need

Today, every time I was bored, I did pushups. I threw in some planks, some sit-ups, and some squats now and then as well, but the formula was pretty much pushups if you’re bored.

It’s pretty alarming to see how many times I got bored. It’s pretty tiring as well. However, by the end of the night, I started being much more productive (for the simple reason of I didn’t want my arms to fall off). It’s a great trick and I say you should try it. What do you have to lose? It’ll either show you how productive you are or get you some sweet biceps. Win-win.
