Give Your Mind A break

People tend to think that working out is this stressful and painful process that takes all of your body, mind, and soul. It is very much the contrary.

Working your muscles, and I mean working them right, gives your mind a break. Sure, you might need to think now and then about your form or how many reps your on, but it’s surprising how many things your brain will let go of when your body is working.

Moving your body can actually bring you to a stillness. Give your mind a break and give your body something to do.
